In October we're dedicated to raising awareness for Breast Cancer. On October 16th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm our instructors are giving you a taste of all the amazing classes we offer!

What: Quick, fun demos of Zumba, Tabata, Spin, and more!

Why: To raise awareness for breast cancer research and support.

How: Just show up ready to move! Try a new class, participate in the demo, and get your heart pumping for those who need our support.
